We grew up in Hong Kong. The "soup" culture has been transcended through generations and embedded in our daily dining habits. Soup is also an essence of "food-therapy" spirit reflected in traditional Chinese medicine.
After moving to US, we were too busy taking care of study, career and family. 3-hour cooking from scratch seemed a luxury hobby. In one occasion, several team members complained we missed "soup". We missed its "magic" on our bodies and its "power" to connect friends and family on dining table. We thought we were not alone. With our culinary team's dedication, we began our mission to enrich lives and food experience one soup at a time.
